I decided to spoke in English by Skype with a random person. I found her in goldenglish.ru with the third attempt. I think it was and will be good practice. Speaking with my teacher once per week is not enough. At all we spoke 1 hour with spans, our English was not perfect but we understand each other. I should work on building sentences faster and righter in my mind).

Then I founded the nice podcast about ios develpment itunes.apple.com/ru/podcast/debug/id578812394?m... . Threre people talk about his successful project and answer on questions. It hard to listen to me but I will try hear it again because what I understood was interesting).

Also I found the nice free app to making a to-do list: Orchestra To-do and it's free itunes.apple.com/ru/app/orchestra-to-do/id45935... . It has a voice recognition system and now I be able to make notes without slow typing. I decided that I should find another app to store all my notes.

I'm leaning it and want to improve). I learnt the Elementary Level with New English File program. Now am going to learn per-intermidiate/intermidiate course. It is called English 365 for work and life.
